Service Description
I will provide you with all of the information you need in advance of trial to help you with strategy, what documents to file, what objections you can raise regarding documents being filed by the other party. You will be provided with trial preparation checklists as well as what to say in opening and closing statements, what objections to raise, how to conduct an Examination in Chief and how to conduct a cross- examination. You can choose to involve me as a consult throughout the trial to de- brief after your day in court and prepare for the next court day. *Additional hours can be purchased at $300/hour on as needed.*
